Ingredients

60 ml Pisco
22.5 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
30 ml Dry White Wine
3 pcs Cloves

Preparation

Lightly crush the cloves into the syrup. Shake with pisco and juices over ice, leaving out the wine. Double-strain into a goblet, then add wine and mix lightly.
