  • 50 ml Irish Whiskey
  • 120 ml Hot coffee
  • 50 ml Fresh cream (Chilled)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

Warm the serving glass. Dissolve sugar into the hot coffee and whiskey. Float cold thick cream gently across the surface using the back of a spoon.
